The only "achievements" of the USSR, that were not stolen but made by itself, are the three Holodomors in three lands, many concentration camps and mass executions, robbery and torture, the seizure of foreign lands. The USSR died from its own inhumanity and absurdity. The collapse of the USSR brought many benefits to billions of people.
Russia declared itself the legal successor of the USSR...
