Russia has committed genocides, annexed territories, and destroyed the economies of other countries for 31 years. The world didn't even try to stop evil.
Communism is a crime against humanity. The world allowed the communist regime to gain military and monetary strength.
Little closed dictatorships threaten the world, but the world doesn't defend itself in any way.
