Russia is a half-empty barrel of oil. It can't do anything else. Russia wants a war in the Persian Gulf to raise the price of oil. But Canada, Guyana, others can sell oil cheaply during a war. If the US and the EU are afraid of Russia's collapse, maybe the Arab League will do it?
