Mongolia has the opportunity to arrest Putin and receive a waterfall of investment from democratic countries. It is Russia that has no opportunity to sell raw materials to anyone but Mongolia, and even then at a huge discount. And China needs trade with the EU and the US.

Ukraine buries innocent civilians killed by Russia.
Iran and North Korea are giving weapons to Russia; they don't give a damn about NATO, the UN, the risk of escalating the war, etc.
NATO, created to fight the Axis of Evil, is afraid to scare them.
And only Ukraine is fighting.
