Baldur's Gate 3 has turn-based combat, and this should make the game easily accessible to someone with motor impairments, but how the hell does this thing work?! I just can't kill all the monsters at the beginning; one always stays, and the characters lose the ability to fight.

Hip-Hip-Hurray, I did it! All monsters have been destroyed. I'm not sure I understand the game system, but the first step in this direction has been taken.
