The dictator hoped that saving the country from a false rebellion would restore his rating, which had fallen because of his constant failures and lies. But the false rebellion showed the real indifference of the citizens and allies of Russia to the fate of this country. Anyone can take Russia in whole or in parts, but no one needs it. Unfortunately, the citizens of Russia don't need to themselves; otherwise, none of them would have gone to fight in a foreign country.
