When the USSR collapsed, only cartographers noticed it in the countries of the big world. And in the countries of the tiny former Soviet world, people began to live much better. And the most positive changes were received by people on the territory of the ex-USSR.
This, of course, was before Russia invaded Ukraine, hoping to reanimate the stillborn monster of the USSR.
